2. Products

We supply clay and terracotta products such as bricks, blocks, roofing tiles, cladding, jaalis and related items.

All products are first grade only. We do not deal in second-grade or mixed material.

Clay and terracotta are natural materials. Variations in color, shade, size, texture and finish are normal and are not considered defects.

Product images on the website are indicative. Actual products may appear slightly different due to photography, lighting and device screens.
3. Pricing and Taxes

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of GST.

A 12 percent GST will be added at the time of billing or invoice issue.

Shipping, handling and any additional charges will be shown separately or communicated during order confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify prices and offers at any time before order confirmation.
4. Service Area and Shipping Feasibility

We are a Bengaluru-based concern and can efficiently service Bengaluru and select regions of Karnataka.

For these areas, shipping rates are relatively stable and can usually be confirmed quickly.

For deliveries to locations outside Bengaluru or distant regions, shipping costs vary significantly due to distance, load and handling. These cases are subject to logistical feasibility and offline confirmation by our team.
5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order is treated as confirmed only after payment is received and we have assessed shipping feasibility for your location.

For distant locations or special consignments, our team may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to confirm actual shipping costs and feasibility.

If we are not able to fulfill your order for any logistical or shipping reason, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method.
6. Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify and its integrated payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayU or Stripe.

We do not store your card, UPI or net banking details on our own servers.

Orders are considered active only after successful payment confirmation.
7. Shipping, Delivery and Risk

Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation and after internal assessment of shipping feasibility.

Estimated dispatch or delivery timelines are indicative and can vary due to logistics, transport conditions and other external factors.

Once goods are handed over to the courier or transporter, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer, subject to marine insurance coverage described below.
8. Marine Insurance and Transit Damage

All shipments are covered under marine insurance against major transit risks.

In the event of significant transit damage or loss:

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must share clear photos and videos of the damaged items and outer and inner packaging.

We will assist by providing invoices and required documents to help initiate an insurance claim.

The insurance company will assess and decide the outcome of the claim.

No direct refund, replacement or compensation will be issued by Sabsun Clay Stores for transit damage or loss. Any settlement will be as per the insurer's terms and decision.

Minor surface chips, small edge nicks, powdering, slight cracks, color variations or other cosmetic issues that are natural to clay and terracotta do not qualify as significant damage or a basis for claim.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy.

Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged or returned.

The only exception is when Sabsun Clay Stores is unable to fulfill your order due to logistics or shipping constraints. In such a case, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to the invoiced value of the products you have purchased.

We are not liable for:

Incorrect storage, handling or installation of products.

Workmanship or performance of third-party masons, contractors or installers.

Indirect, incidental or consequential losses such as project delay, loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
