At Sabsun Clay Stores Private Limited, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the fragile nature of clay and terracotta products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or returned.

Natural Characteristics of Clay and Terracotta

Clay and terracotta products are handcrafted and naturally brittle.
The following characteristics are normal and not considered defects or damage:

  • Minor surface chips

  • Slight powdering

  • Natural color variations

  • Small size differences

  • Texture or firing variations

  • Batch-to-batch tone differences

These are inherent to the material and are expected in all terracotta/clay products.

Exception: If We Cannot Fulfill the Order

In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill an order due to logistical or shipping limitations, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Transit Damage or Loss

All shipments are covered under marine insurance.

If there is significant transit damage or loss, the following applies:

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

  • Clear photos and videos of the damaged items and packaging must be provided.

  • Claims will be filed only through the insurance provider, as per their rules.

  • Sabsun will assist by providing invoices and required documents, but
    the insurance company will assess, approve, or reject the claim.

  • No replacement, refund, or compensation will be issued directly by Sabsun Clay Stores.

Minor chips, dusting, or superficial cracks during transit do not qualify for insurance claims.
