Customers are encouraged to visit our Bengaluru Experience Centre or request samples before placing large orders.
3. Handling and Installation
Clay and terracotta products are fragile. Proper handling, storage, and installation are the responsibility of the customer or their contractor.
We do not accept liability for damages arising from incorrect handling, cutting, fixing, or installation methods.
For best results, customers should consult professional masons, architects, or contractors familiar with clay/terracotta materials.

Environmental factors such as continuous rain, extreme humidity, or improper underlayment may affect performance. Customers should take appropriate preventive measures.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer once goods are handed over to the courier.
While all shipments are covered under marine insurance, claims for transit damage or loss must be processed with the insurer, not with Sabsun.

Our liability is strictly limited to the invoiced value of the products purchased.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
