1. In case your span and height is less, you can stack the jaalis one on top of the other.
2. This is done through the use of cement mortar, similar to the process of brick masonry.
3. In case your span and heigh is more, you can build a metal structure with stiffeners in between.
4. These stiffeners act as an extra mechanical support. They can be done for every three to four rows of jaalis.
5. The stiffeners must be connected to both the ends, either the column or the metal support.
